Currently, KANAKTA accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. bKash and Nagad are planned for a later phase.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is ৳70 inside Gazipur and ৳120 outside Gazipur. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days.
What is the return policy?
You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original condition with packaging, tags and accessories.
